This policy explains how TORK Auto Club LLC, based in Orlando, Florida, handles information collected through our website, rental and vehicle-management inquiries, and our Facebook, Instagram and Messenger lead forms and conversations.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact time and the messages you choose to send.
- Vehicle-management inquiries: vehicle year, make, model, mileage, location, condition and any financing or other details you choose to provide.
- Rental inquiries: selected vehicle, rental dates and times, pickup and return arrangements, delivery details and related requests.
- Lead forms and messages: answers you submit through Facebook or Instagram forms, including contact fields that you choose to submit from your profile, and information you share in Messenger.
Please do not include payment card numbers, driver’s license numbers or sensitive documents in an inquiry form or chat.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, assess rental or vehicle-management eligibility, discuss services and potential rental income, prepare quotes, coordinate service and maintain records of your request. We may contact you using the phone number, email address or messaging channel you provide. Website requests may also receive service emails about their status.
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. You can ask us to stop following up about an inquiry by replying to our message or contacting us below.
Facebook, Instagram and Messenger
When you submit a TORK lead form or message through a Meta service, Meta makes your submitted information available to TORK so we can respond and evaluate your request. Meta also handles information under its own Privacy Policy. This page describes TORK’s handling of the information we receive; it does not replace Meta’s policy.
Website activity
Our website records events such as page views, vehicle views, quote starts and contact-button clicks, along with the referring site or campaign label when available. These records help us understand which pages and campaigns produce inquiries. This first-party activity tracking does not use an advertising cookie or a persistent visitor identifier. Optional browser activity tracking respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. These statements describe TORK’s website tracking, not tracking within Facebook, Instagram or other external services.
Technical information such as your IP address is also processed to deliver the website and limit abusive requests.
Service providers and disclosures
Website hosting, data storage and email providers process information needed to operate our service. If website AI chat is enabled and you use it, your question and recent chat messages are sent to the AI provider to generate a reply. TORK personnel handling your inquiry can access the information needed to respond.
We may disclose relevant information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, disputes or the protection of legal rights.
Payments, agreements and private request links
Payment and agreement links supplied with a quote open the selected provider’s service, where that provider’s privacy notice and terms apply. This website’s inquiry forms do not collect card numbers.
Your private website request-tracking link lets its holder view your request status and quote. Keep it private and contact TORK if you believe it was shared accidentally.
Retention and your choices
How long we retain information depends on the inquiry, any resulting service relationship and applicable business or legal recordkeeping needs. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided, or to change your contact preferences. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for an active service, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
