What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver’s license, driver verification, qualifying insurance and payment. Minimum age and eligibility requirements apply; contact us to confirm for your rental.
Do you offer weekly rentals?
Yes. Ask for a weekly quote based on your dates and vehicle category.
Do you offer monthly rentals?
Yes. Monthly options are available subject to vehicle availability and eligibility.
Is a security deposit required?
A refundable security deposit may be required. The amount and refund conditions will be provided before booking.
What insurance is required?
Qualifying insurance is required. Coverage must be reviewed and accepted by TORK before the rental; your personal policy may not cover a rental.
Can I extend my rental?
Contact TORK before your scheduled return. Extensions require approval, availability and payment.
Where do I pick up the vehicle?
Your exact pickup location and instructions are confirmed before your rental.
Do you offer airport-area pickup?
Ask about airport-area rental arrangements in Orlando. Delivery or collection costs $120 once per booking. TORK pickup and return are free; locations and availability require approval.
How does vehicle management work?
We review your vehicle, discuss suitability and expenses, and agree on management terms. Approved vehicles can then enter our rental operations. Earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
How do I list my car with TORK?
Complete the vehicle-management form. Our team will contact you to review the vehicle and next steps.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery or collection is a flat $120 per booking when selected. TORK pickup and return are free. Delivery locations and meeting instructions require TORK approval.
When is my rental confirmed?
Submitting the form creates a request. You receive a private status link. TORK reviews availability and eligibility, issues your final quote, and confirms the rental after verifying payment and the rental agreement.
What is included in the displayed estimate?
The estimate includes the starting rental subtotal and the $120 delivery / collection fee when selected. Taxes, other applicable fees, mileage terms and any refundable deposit are shown in the approved quote before booking.
What are the cancellation and mileage terms?
Your approved quote and rental agreement state your mileage allowance, excess-mile charges, cancellation terms and deposit refund conditions. Review them before paying.
